Power Tilt&Trim 200hp Yamaha

Where is the bleed screw for the PT&T located on a 200HP Yamaha ?? I looking at a motor that the trim motor seems to work fine but the engine is stuck in the up position. I'm very new to Yamaha engines as you can tell.

There is no bleed screw, just loosen manual release screw on port side of trim unit(through hole in transom bracket) to let motor down.
