04 f150 yamaha wont start.

I have an 04 f150 yamaha, I just replaced the starter and when I turn the key I hear a click. No start, the motor is not seized I can turn the flywheel freely. batteries are full and contacts are cleaned.

test the starter relay, its under the plastic electrical panel.

Is that where the brown wire connects to from the starter solenoid?
According to the schematic the starter relay is the small round piece connected to the starter motor itself. If so, it has been replaced with the starter rebuild. I found on the parts site in "electrical 2" part #4 is a relay, would this be the one to check also?

one is a square relay,under the electronics panel cover,the other is a solenoid mounted on the starter.
the key activates the relay first that activates the solenoid.
