Fuel managment system inop

Please Help !

Fuel Management system Gauge))

When Key Is Turned On All The Numbers On The Gauge Light Up
For a Few Second's(Normal),

Then It Will Display 0.0 In Fuel Usage Section(G.P.H) (Normal),
But When Engines Are Started
Then a --- (Dash) Will Appear( And Stay On) Were The 0.0 Was
(G.P.H.)Place On Gauge
The Fuel Used Section At The Bottom (Total Usage)
Of The Gauge Is Blank Also,(Normally Has Numbers Of Usage))
I Have Power Going Into Gauge (Red Wire) (Round Gauge) !
