    I placed an order with boats.net on 6/28 and paid upcharge for 2 day service so we could have the boat in the water for the 4th of July holiday. When I tracked the order yesterday it showed a delivery of 7/3 so everything is looking good. When I check back this AM is has now changed to a delivery of 7/5.
    So I called "customer service" this morning and after being on hold forever a manager told me I should have read the fine print and he wasnt responsable for bad planning on my part. Thats customer service?

    it is wise to get urgently needed stuff from local Yamaha dealer if they have what you need.

    Probably they did not have on hand and had to order it, so shipping to them takes time. If they had it in stock it should have been shipped as you requested

      Then why did they first give a dilevery date of the 3rd

        You can't blame them for being out of stock on something. Listen I dont know where your from but if your in America its no later than 12:30 right now. If you hustle you could make it do a dealer somewhere nearby and be free for the fourth! In the name of boats man do it!

        edit:: Chances are your from America... your celebrating the fourth... moving on...

            and if you are on the gulf coast where i am, it doesnt matter, 100 % thunder storms and flash flood warnings till sunday,,
