not sure why you needed to phone them, all you needed was to click and buy

be aware that some 3cyl carb kits do NOT have the oring that goes under the needle valve seat.
use of the wrong oring WILL lead to flooding.

the Yamaha kit for my C40TLRX did not have them in it.
Just buy them separately

Ok, checked with sales guy on land line and O-rings are there and I ordered kit today and cx other order, should have ordered here in the first place.

Just a heads up , my kit came with o rings but they were for the drain screws not the seats. So you may have to pick up the ones for seats seperatly

did you talk to a technician what does this daily or a parts guy with no clue?

use the wrong oring and you will do it twice.

you will have 3 orings that fit only the drain screws
