115 2 stroke No spark 2 cylinders 2002

No spark to #2 & #4 on 115 2 stroke yamaha 2002 Replced CDI & pulser coil assembly Any suggestions?????? Could it be the rectifier??

nope.
charge coil and lighting coils are separate.
two pulsers trigger the 4 cylinders.
one for cylinders 2&4 the other for cylinders 1&3.
sounds like you either have lost the pulser coil inputs or a CDI.

Pulser Coil Issue

when you say Pulser coil inputs are you refering to the pulser coil itself or is there something else I can check?? which coil powers 2&4? How do I test ? Thanks for your reply.
