90 hp yamaha

Problem with my engine. When started it idles fine then when I throttle up it sounds like it is skipping. First time starting for the season. I have added seafoam to the fuel tank, checked the filter, changed the spark plugs. Does not seem to help. Any advice?

Motor is 1989 90 hp oil injected
