Model T9.9 ELRF (Canadian?)

I have two 9.9 engines on a boat built in Canada in 2009. The model number is T9.9 ELRF. I don't see that on the list of models for Boats.net. Is that last "F" critical or are these engines the same as ELR (without the F) models?
