2012 Yamaha 125 4 stroke slips out of gear

Motor mounted on new 22' pontoon --will slip out of gear around 20 mph, tach pegs out - have to pull back on throttle to engage gears Happens more often when have several passengers, but has happened with 1 person in boat. Cannot go more than a few minutes without slippage. Had transom replaced due to crack welds - less than 60 hours on motor -- serviced @ 10 hours. What would cause this????

spun prop hub,mechanical damage,cavitation.
time to take it back before bad things happen.

Thanks for the comment. Did take it back to dealer today, but be at least 2 weeks before I know anything....... thanks for your help.....
