Prop selection problem

I have an Action Craft Flats Master 1820 model year 2000 with a Yamaha 150 Vmax OX 66 2 stroke. I currently have a 21 pitch 14" propeller. The boat max speed is 50mph with RPMs reading 51 to 52. Is there another prop that I can gain more speed especially with my rpms being so low? I tried out a 19" prop I gained rpms but lost speed. 46mph at 52rpms. I was wondering if the Solas HR Titan 3 would be the answer? I contacted Action Craft see if they could help but they referred me to your prop selector.

looks like your getting about all your going to get with a 150.
how high is the motor on the transom?
get rid of as much weight as possible.

I have a jack plate that can raise up to 6". I trim out the engine to 50mph.
