Age of outboard if possible. 70hp 2 stroke

Hi, can anybody give me an estimate of the age of the outboard that was on a small boat I bought recently. I need to do a bit of maintenance and want to know what model etc I am working on. It is a 70hp 2 stroke Pic below

I am after a pdf manual for the engine as the power tilt and trim is not functioning properly. It may just need hydraulic fluid but Im not sure how to check or where to put it in.

I can give you the exact year of manufacture.

Post the info of the sticker that usully in on the bracket
EX: 70*** Code*** S/N *******

Wild guess, not much use to you, but somewhere between 87 and 91 from the Looks of it
