350 hp Yamaha Hydro lock

Does anybody know why the 350 hp yamys are hydro locking after about 300 hrs ? Ive had a couple people ask me about this . Any ideas or is there a bulletin about it ?

I have several in the dry stack with over 1500 hrs. never saw a hydrolock.
I have seen rotor failures but never a hydrolock.

I have seen a few twin f250 bend rods due to customer issues.
