Carb parts question...1996 Yamaha 130 Saltwater Series

Can someone identify the red circled screws in the picture? One of them on my port engine is MIA after rebuild. I'm trying to determine the part name and if at all possible the part number so I can order a replacement.

cant help with a part #.

as there is nothing behind them I rarely remove them anymore.

make sure the missing plug is not in the reed cage.

It's not in the engine, I know that for certain.

With nothing being behind it, is it ok to run the engine without it? I plan to head to the dealer tomorrow to see if they can figure out the part number and order the replacement (if they don't have one in stock).

It was in an aluminum pan that was on my workbench outside that was blown and the one item left in the pan was the screw.

Looks like the part is obsolute...BUT...the dealer had an old carb they were able to get the part from....so I'm back in business now!
