Yamaha f225 txrd low pressure pump not cycling

The Low press pump runs fine when I jump it directly but does not want to cycle on an off. I do have 12v at the pumps female side.
Is this a pump control unit problem or ecm problem

I replaced the low pressure pump and the high pressure pumps, both didnt work wit a direct jump. The engine now runs when I squeeze the fuel bulb and therefore pump fuel into the VST but the low pressure pump will not activate.

Also what is the pump control units part number if I need to order it?

first check the 5 amp feed pump fuse.

the ECU controls the feed pump driver.

the ECU and driver control the ground path for the pump.
