1990-92 115 two stroke yamaha

Will run fine for about ten minutes then die. After about 5-10 mins. it will start and run but only at low rpms. I don't think the busser is working. I don't know much about a yamaha. I know much more about a OMC, should the busser sound when the key is turned on. What can I do to check this out.

Warning buzzer only sounds when warning system is activated.
Check compression, spark on all cylinders and condition of fuel.
