hi folks
im hoping some one can help me. I have a yamaha 55 out board engine - shes is from around year 1992 ( model 663 55 BED L), this little engine has always ran great till now! when i run her in the yard in a bath of water the engine runs perfect, cooling etc all perfect. idle perfect and will rev up perfectly. How ever when i put her into the sea with a load and put her in gear she will not rev any higher than idle and slowly oil seeps from the exhaust.
i have cleaned the carbs ,fuel filter, hose, etc but i still have not solved the problem - can any advise on what could be the issue - your help will be greatly appreciated !
