hi I have got fuel to carbs and a spark at all three cyl checked kill cord and terminals but will not fire up.

anyone got any idears please thanks

if you have spark why check the stop lanyard?

fuel in the carbs does NOT mean the enrichment system is working.

do your carbs use a choke or the prime start system?

need compression, good spark, proper timing of the spark, and proper fuel to air mix for cylinder to fire.
Compression, spark and timing are all easy to test and then you are left with the fuel if all else is good

that's why I had to ask the choke question.
BET indicates this is a non US market motor.
US market 70 HP from 92 up use an enrichment setup known as prime start.

on yours physically observe that the choke plates completely close,and stay closed,while cranking.
