1986 200 ETXJ Butterfly Valve Plate Part #

Does anyone know the part # for the butterfly valve plates that close when you choke this engine? Looked through all the part diagrams and cannot find them. I have one where the top left section broke off and am having a hard time starting the engine. Thought I would start with fixing that before getting into the carbs.

Yamaha doesn't offer the choke plates as a replacement part, would have to replace carb.
