power trim & tilt switch

how difficult is it to replace the power tilt & trim switch on a Yamaha 2001 704 control box? Current switch works intermittently....repair or replace? Yamaha part # for switch is 6x6-82563-00-00.

any help much appreciated.

you can take the switch apart and clean the contacts, it is also very easy to replace,, providing the screws come out without breaking off.
