115 Water Pump Question

I have 1987 V4 yamaha , Where the water pump housing joins the water tube the parts diagrams show 3 parts. Damper Water Seal 1 , Cover Waterpump Housing & Damper Water Seal 2 . Is this correct ? I have only got the cover & one seal on my motor.(the lower one). Am I missing a seal or is one of them not needed ? Cheers

The cover and one damper seal is all that goes in housing.
