tune up a yamaha9,9 4 stroke

does anyone know or has experience with tuning up a 9,9hp 4 stroke engine to 15 hp by changing/altering the carburetor and/or prop
please let me know... I'm very satisfied with my outboard but sure could use some extra power.

No they are completely different engines I dont think it is as simply as tune up, You would probably be better to sell your's and buy a 15 HP

but all the tech specs are the same. I heard the 9,9hp was a 'cut-down' version of the 15hp.
