alrm quit sounding

Where would I find the actual annunciator that is behind the ingnition when i turn the key the engine starts but the annuciator does not sound. This would mean if it went off because of a real alarm situation i would n't hear it.

Im pretty sure I should just be able to replace the annunciator.

Any help or information is apreciated.

and you may not even have an issue.

on SINGLE engine applications there IS NO key on self test on yamaha outboards.
never has been.

if you care to post the model # then we can tell you how to periodically test the horn.
