Fuel Flow Meter HDS7 Yamaha F150

I just bought a set of 2004 F150's and have a Lowarance HDS7. I am looking for a parts list to begin to use the engine diognostics available in the HDS7 to measure fuel flow.

Anyone have a list and possibly a wiring diagram?

the 04 f150 was not command link compatible.
doesnt display NEMA data.
the 05 was supposed to be, didnt work very well.
the 06 and later would display the data.
diagnostics on the display is mostly limited to an engine code.
