Oil in cylinders

Newbie here. Can anybody explain how to remove oil from the cylinders. I have F9.9 2008 and have oil in the cylinders most likely from being stored or transported improperly.

Remove spark plugs and spin motor over to get most of it out.
Then put back together and start it. It will smoke for a bit
