2006 F150TXR Maintenance Parts Needed

Tired of paying every year for mechanic at dealership to do maintenance for me.....plus warranty has expired. So, here's what I'm wanting to do:

New Engine Oil
New Oil Filter
New Fuel Filter
New Water Filter
New lube/oil in the foot
New Water Pump (repair kit maybe and whatever else is necessary in addition to the kit)
New Spark Plugs

I would like to start buying all these parts from Boats.net from now on. Could someone please provide me with partnumbers that I need for all the above so I can place order soon?
