2009 F250 control and rigging help needed

I am buying a 2009 F250 with nothing, just the engine. I also have a 6X7 flush mount command link side mount control already.

I understand the command link controls and engines are paired together with specific programming. What needs to be done to make them work together?

Also, I will need the rest of the rigging but not sure what I need. I would like a square tach/ fuel meter and need a key switch. Also I want to mate the engine to my garmin MFD.

Will need to have a Yamaha dealer do a rest on on engine and control box if that control box was not the one that rigged on that motor originally.
Also will need to know if that control box is a Command Link or a Command Link Plus control to see what harness is needed for key switch, dealer can help with that.
Need to know how long of main harness is needed(engine to control box), available in 20,23,26,33 and 39 ft.
Here is sample list of parts,
6X6-WE83S-20-00 Command Link 2 gauge set, square
6X6-82570-31-00 Key switch
6Y8-82521-21-00 3ft Pigtail Bus wire(need two)
6Y8-82521-31-00 6ft Pigtail Bus wire
6X6-8258A-20-00 26ft Main harness(may need different length)

Other parts may be required.
