Special tool for Power Trim 75AET

Just new here , but have been reading through the forums for a few months ... gathering info.
But now I need some help ..
I have a leaking seal on my power trim unit that needs to replaced .
The cap that has to be removed to get access has four holes [see pic] and requires a special tool .
Can anyone
- advise where I can purchase this tool at a half decent price
- or advise another method to remove .
