Some of my yamaha gauges have stopped working and I have some broken or unplugged wires behind the dash. Is there a wiring diagram availble? Also, what would it take to upgrade to newer digital gauges? thanks.

upgrading to digital is a piece of cake, and there are probably several wires not hooked up behind the dash, not every wire has a destination, it depends on wether the original install used a Yamaha gauge harness or not, if they did should be plug and play, dont really know what your set up is,, the wiring at the gauge is pretty simple,
yellow = key on power
green = tach signal
blue = back light
red = B+ not necessarly hooked to anything.
black = ground
about midway in the gauge harness is a yellow and blue very close together, if you plug them together the back lights will come on in the gauge when the key is turned on eliminating moisture build up in the gauges. hope this helps.
