I have a 2002 25hp model 25msh3a which is a 3 cylinder. It appears that the only difference in hp is the main jet size(96 for 25hp and 102 for 30 hp) and piolet jet. Is there anything that needs to be modified to convert to 30 hp.
I'm not one that recondmends conversion's there is usually more than just carb jets you would have compare all engine, ignition, exhaust,fuel and lower unit parts between engines to what is different.
