Flex cylinder hone grit 2001 F115 Yamaha

What grit of Hone would you use to hone a cylinder in good shape. If I new the ring material that would help. Also does Yamaha not have instructions on proper honing.

Check with machine shops that do this type of work on Yamaha motors as they do it all of the time when boring blocks
