I've got a salvage power trim/tilt from a 1994 C55TLRS, I'm retofitting a 1989 CV55 motor, so I need to know what I have to get as far as wiring and relays to make this work. Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to http://www.boats.net/yamaha/partsyst...f1feec3178d6f3 and order all the parts on that page for the relay and mounting hardware. The non power tilt models came with a 7 pin main harness going to control box and no trim button on control box so you would have to install a trim switch at dash and run 3 wires from switch to relay on engine, red wire for 12 volts from red terminal on relay to bat terminal on switch and green wire from green terminal on relay to trim down side of switch and blue wire from blue relay to up side of switch.
