about to clean the carbs on my 115hp

Guys, I am about to clean the carbs on my 2000 115hp 2 stroke, any tips, tricks on removal & installation? how about cleaning them, will I be able to see or notice the high & low speed jets ?

Done this twice on my 94 115, dead easy.
Disconnect all linkages carefully starting from e-choke.Remove both carbs and disassemble bowl. ApPly loads of carb cleaner, even leave carb (without elastic/plastic parts) in for several hours. No need to remove jets, just blow with carb cleaner through jets. Also rEmove pilot screw and spray liberally. Check and adjust float height, need to have manual for correct height. Assemble and use new gaskets for engine mount.
