2012 F150 from 2001 F115 repower

I repowered my boat; 2001 F115 to 2012 F 150. The connections were easy except for the wiring.

Is there a wire harness adapter that will connect the new motor to the existing 2001 wire harness @ the motor end? The ends aren't matching up.

The existing gauges are Yamaha Pro Series II digital gauges.

yes there is.
boats.net will be able to assist with a part number for the trim/warning adapter.
I dont do part numbers from home .

2nd person gave up.

I'll call tomorrow and ask for Davis.

Called on Saturday - was offered a $500 wire harness (?).

Yes would need 6Y5-85335-00-00 Adapter Harness, -82 gauge to 2005 and newer motor, install at tach.
