Correct prop for 2005 F150TLRD

I have a 2005 Hurricane deck boat w/Yamaha F150TLRD, and last time I had it serviced, the mechanic pointed that the 19 x 13 prop I had was the incorrect size, it should have at least a 19 x 14. It will plane very quickly and run 38-40 even loaded. What would the real correct prop be, and I am running a SS prop now, would aluminum or painted give me the same speed and performance?

the correct prop will allow the engine to achieve 5700-6000 RPM with the load THAT day.

if ya got 15 people,3coolers,a keg and half the walmart store of water toys it will take a different prop than the one when its just you and the wife.
