Need help on this wire!

This wire is on a 2000 200hp HPDI i don't have a male plug for it..
Can any one tell me what this plug is for? it has three wires Black,Red, White..

it seems to me that is YDS(yamaha diagnostic sistem) connector

its to plug in a laptop or the latest style diagnostic test lamp.
you need to get a cap for it.
