I have a problem on the gear wheel connected to the generator rotor.
I dont know how to change it coz this unit : 4X7-81450-21-00 ROTOR ASSEMBLY is out of production. May i change it with new model generator with idler wheel?

I don't know, I only work on outboards and not familiar with motorcycles at all. Might call our power sports store at 877.473.4595 and ask them.
