My 70TLRR(1993) has no spark in the second cylinder.I changed the ignition cabels between cdi-box and spark-plugs but then the first or third cylinder had no spark,while the second plug was running.I ordered a new cdi-box,but nothing changed.One of the 3 coils is directly cableconnected to the cdi-box,do you have measurements for resistance or "sparkling ideas".Thank you from the cold Baltic Sea, Uwe

Check wires for continuity between #2 coil and CDI box to see if has broken wire.

i would have spent the money on a service manual first.
check the crank position sensor output.
thats what controls spark on #2.

On my 99' C60 spark plug 2 only comes into play after 500 rpms. So anything below, no spark. Just an idea.

then you also should check the CPS output voltage and air gap adjustment.
thats what controls spark on #2 on these motors.
