2006 50TLR and 6y7-83540-90-00 tach

my old yamaha analog tach went bad and I installed a new yamaha 6y7-83540-90-00 analog tach. last weekend it was reading about half the rpm it should have so from reading online I guess the dip switch setting is wrong. anyone know the correct setting for this tach and the 2006 year model 50TLR?

Also, this tach has wires for visible icons for overheating and low injection oil, the old one only had audible alarms. Is there any way to connect these wires to my motor and if not are the audible alarms still fuctional?

Need to set switch on back of tach to 6 pole setting.
To get warning lights to operate would need,
6Y5-81950-00-00 2 Stroke adapter relay for oil light
6Y5-83653-10-00 20' harness to connect engine to tach

oh, do you know if the warning buzzers are still functional?

Warning buzzer is on key switch and will work with or without gauges hooked up.
