carb adapters

looking for four (4) adapters so I can balance the carbs on my f100. I know they are part of a yamaha kit, but only need the four adapters: I already have the four vaccum gauge/manifold set up. These screw into the four carbs and allow the 1/4" hose to connect to a vaccum gauge. thanks
