Help with 9.9 outboard yamaha

I have a 2002 t9.9 elra 4 stroke remote control model. My question is there's a square opening with a threaded hole on both sides the square opening is on the front lower left side it looks to be used for a tiller install or a remote control bracket would like to know before I put this motor on my trophy thanks.hope you can help

Yamaha doesn't offer a tiller handle kit to convert to a tiller model. Might try and find a used tiller for sell.

Thanks for the reply, but anyway I'm not looking for a tiller I want to know what the square hole is for on the bottom cowling left side you can see it on the parts list under 2002 t 9.9.elra thanks for your help.
