Trim Motor 1995 225

Can the trim motor be removed without removing the engine from the boat? I'm trying to avoid removing the trim and tilt assembly. This is a 95 225 Yamaha.

You can remove the engine mounting bolts on right side of transom bracket and loosen tilt tube nut and slide the right transom bracket out enough to angle trim unit back and gain access to trim motor bolts.

I didn't think it would come off without unbolting the motor.
