Gauge Speed and Trip Functions Not Working

Bought another boat with 2000 OX66 225 and Command Link gauges. On one of the gauges the time works but the Speed registers 2 dashed lines and the Trip registers 0. Any idea what drives these?

2000 OX66 cannot use command link gauges.

Probably has speedo pickup hole in lower unit of motor plugged up, need to clean out hole and check tubing going to speedo.

The Pitot tube was completely clogged. I have cleaned it out and that kind of answers the speed question but what about the trip function.

Same thing needs speed to calculate miles traveled.
