Yamaha F50 SHIFT ROD SPINNING AROUND 360deg.

Hi !

I removed the lower unit. (Impeller Change). Now the shift rod is spinning
around. I am very confused.

I am able to pull out the shift rod). ( E-ring is missing, maybe last repair in workshop?)

Need help!

most likly you will now dissasemble the case to corrctly reinsert the shift shaft to the shift cam.
you may be able to hit it with the shift shaft seal carrier removed.
