How to replace 2 piece choke butterflies?

I have either an 84-85 model 150hp Yamaha (model 150ETLK) that has the spring loaded two part choke butterflies. I recently purchased the motor and about half of the choke pieces are missing on each carb. Went by the local parts place and they said they couldn't order the butterflies. How do I go about replacing these? I would prefer to replace them with the typical one piece butterflies instead.

they are not replaceable.
however it can be modified to use an enrichment type setup that OMC used for years.
