I have a 20 HP four stroke. Engine won't lock in the up positions. Is there a good diagram showing how this tilting mechanism works? Springs etc connect?
It's a simple, manually operated, spring-loaded lever on the starboard side of the motor....tilt motor up, flip lever down to hold motor in up position. Good Luck!
