prop for 225hpdi

opinions on prop choice for a 225hpdi on a ranger z-20 bass boat. Currently I have an 4 blade 24 pitch made by Michigan Wheel and performance is not very good, hole shot ok but top end is only in the mid 50"s

what RPM does it turn?
for speed go back to a 3 blade,less blade drag.
do you have a jack plate??

do have a manual jackplate, believe rpm 5600
