F 100 Digital Tachometer and Hour meter not working

Good day

Can someone assist? The C.D.I unit, wire harness and rectifier burnt out a month ago on my Yamaha F100 motor due to a loose negative battery terminal. I ordered the parts from boats.net and replaced the damaged parts over the week end.
Boat motor runs well but Tachometer and hour meter does not work. I did look around for an inline fuse, I did find one (10amp) on the yellow wire but it is not blown are there anymore fuses I must look for or is the problem elsewhere? Any assistance will be much appreciated.

If gauge doesn't power up when turn key on check to see if getting 12 volts between yellow and black wires at gauge with key on.

Thanks for the reply. I did test between yellow and black and got the 12volts, any idea what is the problem?

If gauge doesn't power up and do have 12 volts pos. and neg. to gauge then replace gauge.
