60 4 stroke fuel pump not working

Hi new to forum, I am having a problem with my motor not. Starting when I took old fuel out and put new fuel in. I also changed the racor filter cartridge, motor started running then stopped after 10 minutes. I noticed that the racor bowel was empty . Can not get the motor to run again ! Any ideas ?

can we get a model number and a year of manufacture.
model number is on the port bracket and production date code is on the stbd bracket.

Disconnect fuelline on internal filter, and pump with primerpump till fuel reach filter.The fuelpump need to have fuel inside to work.
