2005 F115 Valve adjustment

I've been unable to find instructions for valve lash adjustment for my motor. Can anyone point me in the correct direction? Thanks much

specs and procedures are in the service manual.
cam cover gasket can be reused if not damaged.
actuall changes to lash may require camshaft removal.
there is a spring compressing tool,works kinda.

Thank you. Considering what you've said, it doesn't sound appetizing to give it a try. Is this a service that you recommend being done at approximately 1000hrs? What would I expect to pay a dealer to do the adjustment?

dont know that any adjustments are nessasary, takes an hour or so to CHECK lash.
IF any adjustments arre nessasary then you have to change the valve shim.
