Hi,
I have a Yamaha F9.9CE / 2002 four stroke and seem to be suffering with an idle problem
When i start the engine if starts first time however it will not idle correctly. It is 'hunting' occasionally as if it is short of fuel
My fuel lines are good, i have removed the Carb and removed the jets and blown them out, by mouth only.
The only thing i found when stripped was the float bowl seal/gasket was not fitting correctly in its seat therefore would i be correct to do the following :-
Purchase carb service kit plus float bowl seal/gasket and give the carb a good blast with compressed air.
Should this sort out my problem ?
Thanks !
